But there's a whopper down in my Spring Ranch!"

-"Farmer, I say... hum
Your corn looks mighty yellow and bad!"
-"Yep! We planted the yellow kind!"

-"Farmer! How did your taters turn out this year?"
-"It didnt turn out a tall, me and Sal had to dig ′em out!"


-"Farmer! You know there′s no much difference between you and a fool!"
-"No! Just the difference between my yard and a fence"

-"Farmer! You just start to play the second part of that tune
And why you didn't go on with it?"

-"Ill tell truth, Stranger, I dont know the rest of that tune
I heard it played downtown a little while
Back when a show passed through
But all I can an remember is the first part"

-"Farmer, y′know I know the rest of that tune
Let me play the banjo a while"

-"Oh, you play the banjo!
Step right up here, sit down and stay all night!
Sal! Set the table!
