The void, it's mute, vast and barren
Nothing in between, timeless silence if you will!
It's light, it′s heat, blazing power, hear the fire roar
It′s red or blue, white when far away
Oh so far away, a million lightyears or more

All that we learn sparks curiosity
The more we find, the more we want to seek
An endless journey

Into the night
Seeking the light
Where is our home?
Are we alone?

Observe the dust
Its nameless mysteries
As if the crust
Could be enough to please
Our yearning for the deep


For landscapes far above
Sea of shadows and their spark
The arcane, it lies within the dark

Hold your breath, start the countdown
Dive deep into the sea
The sea of stars all around us, silver linings
As webs for the cosmic canopy

Imagine all the possibilities
Could we explore it all

Of landscapes far above
Our home is but a croft
From where we (try to) search the outer deep
To solve the mystery
