Part One – A plead to the innocents: -

Know that you are always in my heart
Even though I must; from here, depart
Unto those absented - I give a final wish
That an understanding will come, from what I did

Part Two – The justification of departure: -

The entrapment within a dark embrace
The withering of my soul confined unto this place

A love, once blossoming, hath now deceased
In staying, the hatred will only increase
In remaining true, I am deluding myself, and you
That some reprieve will come, and we can start anew

The bonds that were built are now irrevocably destroyed
In that your emotional arsenal was employed


The elation that is felt at the prospect of moving on
Must be an omen for things that are to come
To be free, to take flight, to leave the numbness behind
Will be better than the despair, and sadness that; I currently find

Part Three – In closing: -

On pale reflection
I know within my heart
I cannot remain here
To remove the broken part

I cannot endure
Cold stares and vacant eyes
Ex comunicatus
This love for you hath died

Unto the departed
I give a final wish
That an understanding will come
From what I did
