The American daydream a phantom in white weave
And all the while barons are hoarding their money
Slowly raising buildings to the sky


People, there′re so many people
You forgot that in numbers they hold the power
I can hear their voices drowning your laughter
And slowly, steadily they'll pull you
Downward into the mud maw
Your prophets were golden and now they're all lead weight
I can see the suits riding subways with addicts
