I′m no longer sure I have got this
I'm just searching for a diagnosis
I know and understand it′s not all I am
I need to remain calm

This troubled mind
Has kept me tormented for all this time
I'm trying to unpick all these tangled twines
That are tripping up my thoughts in this troubled mind


I spent my whole life trying not to rouse suspicion
Trying to avoid self help or self destruction
A life spent on the run, don't know any other one
It might be time for medication

Someone slipped me something in the green room
Instead of picking me up, it spun me round
You′re asking me questions I don′t know the answers to
I'm putting the phone down

Did you think about the method?
Or not want to be around?
When you disappeared that time
Did you want to be found?


This troubled mind
