She was a bright girl knew her since secondary school
Wanted to be an actress she had dreams to have it all
At a local pub one night playing games of pool
She met this bloke called Tommy and she thought Tommy was cool
But Tommy was a tough guy he carried round a tool
And would push out bags of powder then go out and have a ball
She liked his eyes and how he didn′t follow rules
And suddenly into the depths of darkness she would fall

I said hey
Don't get with that boy he′ll take your soul away
And now she's looking out for someone else to blame
But it's all the time
If only things came with a sign
Cos now it′s gone too far and it′s all too late

So now she's bunking off of college no longer sees her mates
She′s too busy rehearsing all her lines round Tommy's place
And Tommy all he wants to do is get completely off his face
Her goals and aspirations slowly going down the drain
He gets her on the soft stuff but of course she upgrades
And now she′s getting twisted every night she's forgotten her own name
And all I can think is how it's all such a shame
Cos now she′s sat infront of the tele sticking needles in her veins

Cos now she's wishing that she never even met him
He's hit her 3 times and I bet it
Will turn to 4 by the time you see the paramedics
It′s a sad path that she′s had to go down
Cos now she's looking in the mirror and her stomachs looking round
She gets stressed and pulls out a pregnancy test
And let′s just say the outcome could be anybody's guess
