The living flesh and bones of our bodys
Are only temporary

To show humility
I want to teach the youth
About a frame of positivity

We ah go practice good morality
Positive self talk
Will show a brighter possibility
So we nah go pay no mind
To mental insecurities
Long time we spent inna sufferation
Til me take a draw from the Holy ganja plant
It set I man mind inna meditation
And free it from disruption
