I see the plague still spreading like the Andromeda strain
A stain on this earth at the cost of what a mans worth
A gypsy curse placed on a whole human race of time-wasters
A slow Langoliers type erasing
All the while I′m still paper chasing, stale air tasting like a virus
Four walls surrounded slowly dying
But I'm done buying those money lies
I′m taking off the suit to cut the ties
Set a site on a different type of fight
Reverse the fortunes of a tail-teller
Run a mile to write a rhyme in time to my increased heartbeat
Life-defying feats I'll at least stand and testify to trying to rectify me
Thought debris floating, cold sweat soaking my shirt
As I'm walking slowly to that tube station
Destination home Londinium
Where I keep my TV wrapped in aluminium
To stop the signals seeping in
So Mr. Sandman take back your dreams
Because I feel they′re contaminated
I dream of lone man standing on his own patch
Surrounded by quicksand
I′m slowly sinking


You see I die nightly to be reborn at dawn
I'm a demon spawned into human form
I′ve been to hell at least it was warm
Where winged cherubs meet the children of the corn
Horned demon of Khorne swinging a war hammer
Loosen your jaw with a claw hammer
Rip it off and use it as a door jammer
Instead of spitting all that poor grammar

And mind your manners cause your lyrics are so lame
They can barely walk
While I'm flying planes into canary Warf
This isn′t scary talk. It dares you to think
While the war on terror got you too scared to blink
It's a nightmare like that place in your dreams
Where a man made monster sees his face in the stream
