The papers point their fingers in predictable positions
At anybody slacking off and at anybody different
Vote for a product
Vote just to make your amends


So vote for fools in a cyclical process
Or spoil your ballot and call that progress
Frightened people fail to take up notice
This system will fail

Corporate media lies
Your head is full of paranoid spies
So hate with your vote
And keep on hating till you choke

The damage is done now there′s nowhere left to run
Stuck in a rut whilst we could be having fun
So hate who they say
