Well I pitched my tent for the night
With no time for second guesses
In these dark and tender woods
Whatever we are, we are the choices
They become us when we choose
We become them win or lose
Am I crazy or just crazy about her?
I′d already had enough
Guess it's not enough to matter

Well, I don′t know.
You can't trust that lightning, but it sure does look fine

Still you take your chances one more time
When I see that look in her eye
Boulders turn to gravel
Gravel turns to sand
She gets a chicken-fried smile on her face
And I′m just a big bowl of gravy
Dancin′ in her hand
