For too many years they've been
strangling your dreams &denying your hopes
to unravel the real me,
we need reasons - reasons
Sinking below when you′re out of your depth,
and there's nobody home
it stops you breathing
Will stop you breathing - breathing


Stay - if time no longer heals us
it will make things better between us
Change - flooding into the light of the room
Edging closer, close to the precipice

... but you'll never know just how much it feeds me
Hanging our pains for the few of them,
as if we were never there
Betraying your ghosts,
out circling round their long dead hosts
