Wants to glory to spend

Same old man
We know him well as the tale he tells

It's the same just replace the name

I found a page from an age-old fable but the print is fading away
Glance at what is written, bite but don't get bitten
Betroth but never betray
Act two
Man likes his fiction filled with contradiction
A fact that resembles his life
With the final act looming there's blood, well I′m assuming
Whose hand will wield the knife?

Same old end
To the book, exhausts all his luck
