Tuning myself to the frequency of joy, abundance and ease
I am opening to receive more and more
I am expanding to receive more love
I put my attention on where I want to go
I make my prayers for who I want to be
And when I need to
I feel all my feelings all the way through
And then I can return to true gratitude
