Olé, dancing in the market square
The sound of laughter filled the air
Inviting us to come and share fiesta
Suddenly I caught your eye
And in the streets the people cried Olé
Dancing to a thousand dances
Nothing mattered just to take our chances
Now it′s over, no regrets
And yet, I long to hear you say

Mister, I'm missing you madly

Maybe you miss me too

Though we′re apart
My heart belongs to you

When the carnival was through
I picked a rose and gave it to you
Just beside a little hacienda
Then you carried me inside
And there within the candlelight, Olé
Gently with our bodies swaying
To the music soft guitars were playing
In the meantime tenderly we kissed
And went our different ways
