In this world of warring nations,
through Man′s eternal strife,
We've come to see the writing on the wall

And the house that is divided,
Is found to be our own.
And above the battle cry,
The children call

Bibles and rifles, we cherish,
Bibles and rifles we own.
How will we fight over Bibles,
If we leave rifles alone?


The wisdom of the children,
We claim we taught them well.
We train the lightest truths upon their minds,
But if they follow Satan, believing God is dead,
then who will say the blind have led the blind?

Should the light of understanding,
Through the window of each soul,
Shine within each heart, His holy name?

Would this world of warring nations,
Be humbled on that day,
And wonder while the earth goes up in flames?
