We wanna obey but it's so hard to do
But if Jesus is Lord, we can be sure
Sin's not in charge anymore

Sin, it camps like an enemy
That′s hidden deep down inside us
So, every day we still have to fight
To do what's right, good, and true

But when we grow tired and want to give in
God gives us power to say "No" to sin
He changes our lives and opens our eyes
So we can bring glory to Christ
