... Songtext

When I was a kid I knew
Solitude was a place where I could be
The apartment blocks where I lived an played
It was home to me

All the other blocks were solitudes too
I could leave and I could be
When I′m old enough to
But now I'm old enough to

I don′t wanna live in solitude
Like my mother and father do
I don't wanna live in solitude
But it's hard not to fall for you
I don′t wanna live in solitude
I wanna move on
I don′t wanna live in solitude
But I always end up where I came from

Then I got older, I knew
Solitude was a phase that I lived through
That I couldn't leave at all
At all - even if I wanted to

And I forgot all other blocks were solitudes too
I can leave, I can play
I am old enough to

I don′t wanna live in solitude
Like my mother and father do
I don't wanna live in solitude
But it′s hard not to fall for you
I don't wanna live in solitude
I wanna move on
I don′t wanna live in solitude
But I always end up where I came from

Let some light into my life
An amber, what's inside?
