I once had a family, they took care of me. Don′t you
Think that just sounds so lovely, they would love me
I thought so too
The moon is a fickle thing, the way it just watches unflinching
I would have intervened when they all went missing
And they left me behind
It wasn't much of a good bye
I never thought I′d be surprised
To be all alone

Thinking
How it must be, for the ones
Who seem to have everything
I see
The way they watch me go by
Not a care in the world, not a double take
It makes me wonder why, I was there in the first place

And have I still got stuff to do?


You would have thought I died
The way I move but still nothing gets moved
I feel the world is rushing through me, and loving the view
I wish I changed
I wish I had one effect, I wish I never came
To the understanding that ghosts exist and they're rambling
One of many odd creatures they abandoned
Might have been a victim of some bad timing
But it's a shame when they forget I was who I am
It′s sickening
With their hollow eyed watching
Because I′m not amazing
I don't even deserve to be wanted
And they left me behind
There wasn′t much for me to try
I never thought I'd be supplied
With a headstone
