Walking through a lonely park
Catch a glimpse of eyes so dark
Staring from a face so wise

My throat is dry and my heart is pounding
He stops and stares but he′s understanding
Why?

He summons me and I start to walk
He summons me with those eyes that talk

He takes my hand and he calls me friend
And I start to comprehend
That he is so different than you and I


He talks of hopes of human peace
A different time and a wealthy feast

And as he thinks he does with (?)
And I lay down at his feet and cry
Woah, I cry

Old man your words are true
Won't you tell me what to do
I′ve been so selfish in the past

But he's gone only I remain
As I walk on my way again all wise

I don't think I was mistaken
That old man was my conscious aching
