Couldn′t sleep it was 2AM
And the shadows on my wall
Reachin' out tryin′ to touch my face
I couldn't move at all

So I thought that I should run and hide
Inside the closet in my hall
But with all the fear inside
I couldn't even crawl


Shadows creepin′ on my ceilin′
They come in the night when I'm sleepin′
Just like a ghost I feel so lost
Don't you know that I can′t move
I've got no feeling
They slide down the wall like a demon
The night is lost just like a ghost

Found myself in dirty water
Way in over my head
No way out the more I think about it
I′ll sink to the bottom instead

I can't think of any other way
There's no use screamin′ out for help
And if I could delay the pain
I might change my mind again

So I thought that I should run and hide
