This journey′s been with River Black by my side.
He ain't sparkling and his humour makes you cry.
But he′s been good to me; a routine refugee,
He's been my shelter when the vultures were too
Greedy...

And I love to sleep with River Black,
Year, I love, love, love, love, love to sleep with River Black


He always senses it when I'm lonely.
He always breathes me a new song.
He always heals me when I′m phony.

My River Black, he knows where I belong.

While others travel with Ra or with the wind,
Mercury, Venus, Sex or God or even nothing.
I stick to Black. It covers almost everything:
Black holes, black seas.
The gift of blackness comforts me...

And I love to sleep with River Black...
