I am sitting here in silence like a stone inside a pool of
Running water falling down a twisting aching straining stream

Here I am of icy glacial bits and pieces broken

Like pennies thrown into some

Ancient fountain turning surfaces
To wishes in a stream

Sometimes I almost want to die when I say so many lies
Why do you make me want to be that way it′s
Almost obscene the way I don't say what I mean even though
I try to but I can′t be anything but distant


It's all been wonderfully marvelous to feel
You're as near as I have ever come to being one with anyone for real
It′s all been wonderfully marvelous to touch
You′re as close as I have ever come to wanting anybody way too much
Or not enough, too easily to be loved... too much or not enough
