Abstract Bliss Songtext

Red sea
Drained again
Circles on the table marks a confidence back in place
Abstract bliss in equilibrium
Until the table top tilts

Concealed by liquid
The seed is sown
You didn′t even notice as you're too stuck up in your ways
Of loosing touch with your reality
While the vines start to grow

Within your mind, did you think you could make us all believe?
That the hurt beneath the varnish was never there?
And though you drown yourself with the your lust as yield
There′s a world you won't know
It hurts, to see you on this low

For a moment
Your guard is down
The voice start to change and the mask start to fade away
It's quite refreshing to see your purities
These obscurities

A slight prick
But don′t succumb
Please talk to me before the vines grow and start to drain you away
It′s not easy to be approachable
And not feel expendable to you

Within your mind, did you think you could make us all believe?
That the hurt beneath the varnish was never there?
And now you drown yourself with your lust as yield
Cause you don't want to know

Stone cold proximity
Yet feels warm, touching me
Freezing cold cold vicinity
Yet Burn right into me

(... That there are so many different realities here
... somehow I feel an observer and...)

Stone cold proximity
Yet feels warm, touching me
Freezing cold vicinity
Scorching me from inside put

(The addiction is uncontrolled, compulsive
And in the end destructive)
("On your way!"
"Leave me alone!"
"Where do you live, Mac?"
"Take your hands off me!"

"Oh, you′re gonna get tough, are you?
You'd better come with me!"
"Listen! I can take care of myself!"
"Yeah, That′s what all you drunks say - come on!"
"Ok, ok, just calm down...")

In your mind, did you think you could make us all believe?
That the hurt beneath the varnish was never there?
And now you drown yourself with your lust as yield
I guess you don't want to know
