Sarah the Sparrow Songtext

Sarah the Sparrow Songtext

You sometimes see her when you walk
down the street
And she sits
in a tree
above your head
Singing a song
about the magical way
that this wonderful day
has begun

Sarah the sparrow′s a beautiful thing
If she was a song
it's a song I would sing
When I′ve lost my belief
and I need a relief

Sarah the sparrow is flying alone
But the wind is a friend
and the sky is a phrone
and just flying alongside
all of the stars up above

She has a nest where you can knock on a door
Everytime you feel sore
And alone
And she'll tell you
you don't have to worry at all
If you just stand tall
you′ll be fine

Sarah the sparrow′s a beautiful thing
If she was a song
it's a song I would sing
When I′ve lost my belief
and I need a relief

Sarah the sparrow is flying alone
But the wind is a friend
and the sky is a phrone
and just flying alongside
all of the stars up above

Sarah the sparrow's not only a bird
She′s the face of the wind
and the sound of the world
if you just care to listen
And open up your eyes

Sarah the Sparrow's the voice that you hear
when you want to give up
and only disappear
but you still stand straight
Know you′ll be alright
