Eischuldige-Nicht sprechen Deutsch gut aber.....I lived in Worcester, Massachusetts - USA in the 1970's. Congress Alley is a real place, a narrow service alley behind houses facing hillside Congress Street, in Worcester's downtown "Crown Hill" neighborhood. They lived in a four story carpenter Gothic house still in existence at 16 Congress Street. The neighborhood has unfortunately declined significantly since then.
