Resentment forms the soul of every man
Liberation is the crime for which we hang

We are sentenced for the good of humankind
We are murdered for the visions of the blind
Others will emerge from our descent
For perfection reprimanded and condemned

In the sunset of another fading day
We are tarnished condescended and displayed
