She Really Was Songtext

She Really Was Songtext
I went east to see the way to go to see something
and she came to meet me she′s a little bit crazy
something we all say a little too lightly
then again everyone is in some way but she really was
I've got loved ones spread far and wide
And the precious things have all been swept aside
But if want was could i′d be by her side
And draw back the darker skies and open her eyes
In the middle of a garden she was looking back at me
We only seemed to have a moment together
it was fleeting it was free
the way i see her looking over her shoulder for a second meant to be
i think the summer changed everything or was it me?
I went west to find how to keep the day longer
Under sunset skies she was beautiful
Something we all say a little too lightly
Then again everyone is in some way but she really was
I've got loved ones spread far and wide
and the precious things have all been swept aside
But if want was could i'd be by her side
And draw back the darker skies and open her eyes really wide
In the middle of a garden she was looking back at me
We only seemed to have a moment together
it was fleeting it was free
the way i see her looking over her shoulder for a second meant to be
i think the summer changed everything or was it me?
and she came to meet me she′s a little bit crazy
something we all say a little too lightly
then again everyone is in some way but she really was
I've got loved ones spread far and wide
