Enough is enough
If you rent out your house to students
You let them know
First of all, they don't have their boyfriend staying over
This isn′t a whorehouse
And secondly, they don't have parties
That go on 'til 11:30, 12 midnight
Out on the street, yelling and screaming
Yelling in the backyard, this is absurd

I don′t know who watches over your rentery
But it sure as hell isn′t you
So, do something about it
Because I swear, every time they're having their parties
And all of this noise at this hour
I will be calling the police
And letting them know who the owner is
