I was playing my Madonna tapes
A thousand times
Locked up with my headphones in my room
Knowing every song the lyrics & the rhymes
Listening every day & nighttime too

Dancing with my headphones
In my little room
Parents didn′t like the stumbling bove their heads
Told me that Madonna was 'bout doom and gloom
I was often send quite early to my bed

It′s not a crime to chase your dreams
But when you try at first it seems
