Disintegration Songtext
Disintegration
Disintegration
I can′t find the gear and time's getting short
I need acceleration or to come screaming to a halt
I know I′ve always been heading for a crash
But the life before my eyes won't even fill a flash
I slam my feet down let the pedals decide
I've swerved death before but now it′s my time
I′m caught in a spin flipped through the air
A goodwill gesture to Mother Nature
I don't brace I don′t prepare for impact
I feel every convulsion every bone that cracks
My every limb thats torn apart
Every wound that rips between the beats of my heart
My every organ that ruptures just serves to remind
Me that I've always been soft on the inside
Is this a mercy kill or an act of fate?
I hope my mortal gamble means that rabbit is safe
As I compact contract and splat my last
I can only hope that fluffballs
Still hopping on its cotton tailed arse
By my obliterated pulp I won′t even be there
I've finally mastered the art to disappear
What remains of me held in a crumpled metal cask
A liquified concoction of a wasted life of graft
If I come around feeding vegetation
I′ve achieved my life's goal of disintegration
I can't find the gear and time′s getting short
I need acceleration or to come screaming to a halt
I know I′ve always been heading for a crash
But the life before my eyes won't even fill a flash
I slam my feet down let the pedals decide
I′ve swerved death before but now it's my time
I′m caught in a spin flipped through the air
