Check the situation, is it cruel or is it kind?
We wander in the desert, trying to find time
The white flags above us, fly on our doubt
Time to meet the mountain, there′s no other way out

Brand-new day, it still hurts like hell
You said nothing, but there was nothing to tell
Now the death leads to blooming, all around in my mind
You'll know this was life and time


We built this castle from sticks that we found
An abandoned graveyard on sacred ground
And the cold moon was rising, but I didn′t know
There was a cross on your lifeline, and you had somewhere to go

And so I travel on now, down the shifting road
Nothing to stay for, so I'll stay no more
Now I wanna feel like I've never felt before
The sun on my face, through an open door

We moving on now, never stayed too long
Let the sunshine on everything that′s wrong
I still wanna know what I′ve really never known
We wandered through the garden, I don't wanna wander alone
