As Man crawled out the womb
And slowly gained self-consciousness
He began his search
For an answer to his suffering
So Man invented God
And wrote an ending to all of life
With judgement day in tow
Man defeats the meaninglessness of all he truly sees

So let us call for the end
And hope for a better life after this


As mankind grew in size
His suffering, took unseen forms
So he looked for a way
To escape from this earthly realm
He discovered ancient hymns
That sang of death and life after this
They sang of apocalypse
And a violent end needed, to lead him
To heaven

So to truly give a meaning
To his glaringly useless existence
Mankind needs a violent end
To justify it′s own iniquity

So let doomsday come

But now that the day is here
All man does is quiver in fear
As men are slaughtered in leagues
All they feel is uncertainty
