Born Vintage Songtext

Sold what I owned, came home in a storm
Found out an old friend died in decal form
I take what I want from a store, then I walk out
I may not think it′s right
But I'm not devout - I have my doubts
You need what they ask you to need, you want what they sell
I gave up on the Music Maker the minute they sold to Mattel
I can′t spend the money I make on things that don't exist
I won't read your articles
If conditions persist, I will resist

We were born vintage but came out analog
We may not be right but we′re not wrong
You′re not right and we're not wrong

Give me your tired, give me your poor
And I′ll give you Bee Thousand on cassette from '94
What′s the point of being punk if punk means I belong?
I don't think their music′s bad
I just think they're doing it wrong, it's only a song

We were born vintage but came out analog
We may not be right but we′re not wrong
You′re not right and we're not wrong

We were born vintage but came out analog
You′re not right and we're not wrong
