Five billion worlds finitely revolve
And gracelessly evolve upon a
Once placid and balanced ocean


Threatening clouds incessantly sweep the ocean
With light, immaculate showers
Submerging worlds
Inspiring wake for those surrounding

Beneath the surface of the ocean lie the true
Beings of worlds past, safe from the foreboding heavens
As well as buoyant worlds

Above the clouds exist a cryptic, unceasing warmth
Which at times penetrates the underlying darkness
To touch the ocean with inspiration, fertility, and hope
