I turn my head and see a shape
It comes to me as I wake
Holding some medicine
A smile of affection
It seems to me wishing well
A ghost? An angel?

And now I see her face
The most beautiful thing I've seen for days
My blood is flowing again
As she puts her hand on my forehead
I listen to the melody
Of her voice, she speaks to me
Her words are soothing
While her silences are reassuring
It′s been a while since I′ve walked
Through the fields, through the blocks
