I walk
As a child
Shrinking down
Below the trees
That enclose
Me inside
A world beginning
To freeze

I walk as a child on the Antarctic snow
With the glaciers all wrinkled with cracks
The years have come and gone
Leaving the lush world behind
Soon the cold will creep in to take a bite

If I go much further I′ll have no legs to hold me
No arms to console me and no mind to control me
The snow won't melt and the beasts will hunt closely
But I find myself a place enfold me


It says don′t you worry I will keep you close
Wrapped inside my arms I won't let go
You're a child still evolving from the sea you know
Watch the ice age come and suddenly go

The world I knew had boarders
The people I knew held greed
My mother nature′s order is to
Wipe out all the weeds
And the fields are tundra
And all that stand are trees
I encroach on every one of them
To shelter the freeze
