Traveler Songtext

Traveler Songtext

Let these words be a declaration of intent
To the vultures surrounding my head
I′m tired of waiting for winter to end
Till the last leaf now has fallen to the ground
Hopefully one day I'll come back here to see the trees green again
I know I′ve made mistakes
But I'm trying my best to be a better person
I won't let who should be my friend bring me down again
I′ve suffered too much just for pleasure
It′s time for me to turn the lights on
Like a playwright
The blurry words for a script start to come to me
Some cloudy and others are accompanied by clarity
No more what should I do or who should I be
I will be finally me
Let these words be law for me
Cause I don't want to forget the things I want to change
A sedentary and at the same time a traveler

Who is tired of walking barefoot in the mud
All the way seen
Teaches me day by day
Maybe it′s not my time to rise
But someday I'll break the walls around me
I have received blows, ridicule and threats
But also warmth and hospitality
It′s a shame that some have more impact than others
But wanting to know more encourages me to continue
Like a playwright
The blurry words for a script start to come to me
Some cloudy and others are accompanied by clarity
No more what should I do or who shoud I be
Like a playwright
The blurry words for a script start to come to me
Some cloudy and others are accompanied by clarity
No more what should I do or who shoud I be
I'll be finally me
