The vicious hands of fate show no mercy
Among dust and blood we grew into nothing
Surviving the scourge of fire and famine

The elders say this land was once a garden
That vultures tore apart with greed and madness
Misfortune came from far to stay forever
The world we used to know burnt down to ashes

Last night the bombs were heard
So will tomorrow
In silence we lie down waiting for trial
Our future is a doubt that dwells in sorrow
The pledge of escape
A vain desire

After a war another came
We couldn′t start again
We forgot to be afraid
Longing for hell


Our golden dream awaits across the ocean
In quest for peaceful liveswe will depart
