I saw a thing of beauty
And her face was tired and pale
I think of her again
When the stars are rising
I met her somewhere between worlds
As she was slowly fading away
And soon she will be dead
Just a star shining
She calls my name
Sometimes I wish we′d never met

Too young to go, too young to fade
I had only minutes
To distract her from the pain
To fill the room with sound
And then go on my way
But as I left
I realized i'd never be the same
Cause I had seen the world


Reflected from her face
I see a thing of beauty
In almost everything around
But then I hit the ground and run for shelter
And she was a flash of goodness
In this broken world of mine
My visit there was short but lasted ages
She calls my name
