My dear, I fear a fear of flying
I noticed it when I was shying away
I have a phobia of phobias

And I confess I′m like a starling
I float above it always ignoring the ground
And the birds around me

And when that fear overcomes
I can't help to feel numb
And I know that the sun is fighting through somewhere
But I, well, never touch it

Once, I was a lot more lonely
I was terrified of having company
But I learnt to leave the door open

And now when I look all around me
I am overwhelmed that you found me
And how many friends I have now!

And say goodbye to my fear of flying
