People would come from miles around
To tobaggan down my side
Slides and cardboard boxed
They′d go dip and slip and slide
They'd shiver on my hill tops
Drink cocoa and watch the sky
Then the northern lights would dance them home
To their cosy beds and their happy rooms
And their firesides to dry

Five, ten, fifteen thousand feet
I′d zoom towards the sky
My slopes would be world famous
To hike and ski and climb
There'd be water falls and mountain goats
And trees of every size
And yodellers from Switzerland
Would practice up for weeks on end

I′d start off very quietly with a shimi-shimi-shake
The people in their houses

But slowly I'd get bigger
And glow like a red stop light
Then everyone would run and hide
When I got hotter deep inside
And explode with all my might
