I know it′s popular to say, "Cash rules everything around me"
Cream, get the money, dollar, dollar bill, y'all"
But I remember hearing, I actually saw this on an Instagram post
Somebody spray-painted on a wall or on, maybe it was on a bus stop
And it said, "Cash ruins everything around me" And I think that′s the deeper message
That cash, of course, isn't evil
But the love of it, and if that becomes your God
If that becomes what you're living for
Pffft, it′s guaranteed to ruin everything around you
