Sleeping Like a Baby (with a Bottle in My Mouth) Songtext

You′re leaving. Didn't bother me the way you thought it would.
All things considered, I guess I made it pretty good.
But days sometimes are lonely, but the nights I never doubt.
For I′m sleeping like a baby, with the bottle in my mouth.
My formula is stronger than most babies take.
But I find if I don't have it, at night, I lay awake.
I found I didn't need the love you took when you walked out.
And I′m sleeping like a baby, with the bottle in my mouth.
Like all bottle babies I′ll be win some day.
And that's the time I guess they′ll put my little shoes away.
Please don't pull no punches when they write my epitaph.
Say he died like a baby, with the bottle in his mouth.
My formula is stronger than most babies take.
But I find if I don′t have it, at night, I lay awake.
I found I didn't need the love you took when you walked out.
And I′m sleeping like a baby, with the bottle in my mouth.
