The misty mountain top reflects still in the lake
Like a forgotten fledgling, yearns the sky
Trampled down by Merrymen, who never learned to fly
The kettle of vultures near
The weakest cower in fear
We, the false shepherds, lead our flock astray
The lambs we lead to slaughter never see the light of day
High upon the alter, we offer this beast
The children will go hungry so the god′s shall have their feast
Unable to resist the taste
Of forbidden fruit turns to waste


Approaching the water's edge
