Searching the Architect Songtext

Are we so lost in the static, so deep in the narrative we see each other no more?
Like thousands of empty shells and shadows we are repeating our patterns

This world is a warring wasteland
Where we are tearing our home apart
From this desolation we either rise or fall
To reach the long lost silence after the storm
We can choose to be drown in the great unknown or be reborn

Controlled, restricted to boundlessly follow
In our hearts we bear only burden and sorrow
Controlled, addicted to drowsily swallow
To numb the pain not to dream for tomorrow
Hungry ghosts are seeking relief from the aftermath to ceace the pain

Drowning under the waves of grievance
Deep calls unto the deep
Hear my requiem for humanity
And wake us from the slumber

In this place the only exit from this maze is to bury the inherited shapes and archaic remnants to pass by this haze

In the deepest turmoil
On the verge of the collapse
We will finally see the chaos in us
Together side by side unraveled
Waiting the winds to come

We are called forth not by this worlds decay but by its salvation
It is our burden, it is our destiny to sing our true song
These melodies witness our passion and guard our memories

The structure of your design is so futile
All the elements in complete harmony
Yet discordant and amorphously founded
All the elements in complete harmony

Drowning under the waves of grievance
Deep calls unto the deep
Hear my requiem for humanity
And wake us from the slumber
