Whatever you do there′s only one you
And whatever you seek you're always unique
You might be wearing your pajamas to school
While carrying books on your head
Some kids get puzzled yeah they look so confused
When you wear your favorite jeans that are red
And some of the kids are the jocks of the class
Who just love to play ball and can run really fast
With muscles that look carved out of steel
And other kids like to perform on a stage
Where they′re acting or singing or dancing ballet
Expressing all the things that they feel
So Whatever you do there's only one you
And whatever you seek you're always unique
Maybe you like your hair all spiky and blue
And cover your arms with tattoos
Or maybe preppy is the style for you
With belts always matching your shoes
And some of the people don′t ever eat meat And they love to recycle and use solar heat
And try to treat the earth with great care
And how about others who give to each other
They like to be kind and to help one another
Sending out good vibes everywhere
So Whatever you do there′s only one you

Now there′s all kinds of people
So many different cultures and styles
But there's nobody who′s exactly like you
That's why you always make me smile
