We were sages with no alibis A short-lived story with the end in our eyes

Vengeful brothers
We were brought down by our appetites Sugar wishes for designer heaven skies

Last fight saw heroes falling Behind bars were conscience calling
Ologies and -isms failed our minds

Inert words from apathetic voices
Freedom rotted with its choices Were we really that deaf dumb and blind?

Did we realize a dream
