We flee the fairs and work for a while
Wrapped in our beds and sleeping in baths

Doorbells don't sound when batteries are flat
It's obvious we′re stuck in the dark

Should we run in the streets or hide in the wild?
Is this fair to say that we don't need anyone?
Does "being ourselves" mean losing our time?
Is refraining from talking better than mime?

Our boxes are blank for we emptied our minds
Almost prepared for it - eager for surprise
