I am floating in the ocean
Grand and calm and deep
It is a refuge against evil

Till I dissolve in it completely

I fix my eye on one point
To begin my meditation
The feeling of precision
In my deft manipulation
I can hear my own heart beating
As I hold my breath suspended
In the stillness of my spirit
There is nothing but the question


These days
Following a vision
Of grace
Leads me to the source
Sustains
Through doubt and indecision
Creates
An elemental force

These days
Here in this moment
Of grace
