The forest is dark but the moon is clear
My feet move, I fly silently
I know my aim, the night′s game
All the same it can happen

My night research prevents the sweet heat
From wrapping myself, supporting my feet
I raise my head, laugh at shame
Then I proclaim our new flame

And I swallow my tears and my short-lived hopes
I reclaim my twin shadow
The one who doesn't want to glow
And I wallow in self pity which I know
Despondency is so close
I follow a road, I can′t go

My heart beats so that i can hardly speak
Even if i leave
I won't find the creek
Near to the sea, the birds sing
Their lovely words and our hymn


It will storm and blow all night
I hear the wind
